Kapnick Insurance

Some of the most incompetent people i've ever dealt with. My benefits have been set to direct deposit for literally years. They randomly changed it to mailed check without my permission and without even notifying me. Mailed check is over a week late. Their only response was oops sorry cant do anything now but we'll set it back for next time. Seriously the worst.

My company has been with the Kusserellis Insurance agency for nearly 20 years before they merged with Kapnick Insurance agency. During those years the Kusserellis agency provided us with outstanding and timely coverage. On account of the merger we have been doing business with Kapnick. It is always difficult to contact or get return messages left for our agent Libby DeLong. Always having to continuously keep calling. We usually don’t get a response until the owner of the company calls her directly. We do not recommend doing business with this agency. There are much better options available.We’ve cancelled most of our policies with them and are in the process of canceling the remaining policies.

They aight'. For an insurance co they try to treat folks well. But at the end of the day they're an insurance company :-)
