I got a quote in the mail from Tharp. I knew it was too good to be true, but I thought hey, maybe I could get a few hundred knocked off my current premium. The lady on the phone quoted me DOUBLE what I am paying now. I'd call that false advertising. There is absolutely no reason to lie to get customers.
