I met with Ryan at the John Avery State Farm Insurance Agency, to update various insurances I have with them. Ryan was very professional, helpful and courteous and explained several new policies that could work for my family and me. We discussed a different auto policy for my 32 year old Mustang GT, life insurance and some add-ons to my property policy. This annual meeting was very pleasant and I recommend Ryan to anyone who is looking for a new insurance policy or an additional policy.

John Avery defrauded my elderly mother whose memory is not what it used to be. He maliciously overcharged her with a renters insurance policy when NOTHING WAS EVER BEING RENTED. The policy could never be applied, to a home that was owned. John Avery is an untrustworthy person, either through exceptional incompetence or outright malicious fraud, he saddled her with a policy that could never apply to the actual insurance situation and inflated the cost of what she thought was "car insurance " significantly. John Avery told her she needed it. When car insurance was requoted by any other than John, everything was at least $200 less expensive ( for 6 months) on every quote because they weren't inflating the cost with property insurance that could never be used by the purchaser.
