It was great when Joe was there but this new one is horrible. Changed my rates without informing me over charging me for what i was paying. Wont answer why they increased and changed my service without me knowing. Tis location Never answers phones when you try to call them and they never respond back to emails. Don't waste your time with this location. Find somewhere else. Save yourself the headache dont choose this location. They will scam you.

When shopping insurance I had a chance to speak with Kensi. She did a great job answering my questions and getting me a competitive rate. Her employer is lucky to have her.
