I can't explain the way he treated me and my mom after losing her husband July 23 2025!! Which was my father! Glenn went over and beyond helping us !! My husband and I had USAA insurance and thought it couldn't be beat, but Josh Thompson State Farm saved us even more money! We switched and couldn't be happier! Josh is wonderful to work with and so is his staff! They are all around great people and very knowledgeable about all insurance policies. We just opened a florist in Byron, GA and he has helped us tremendously by insuring the business and our delivery van. My policies were assigned to Josh’s location when my previous agent passed. My wife had an accident and not only did we have to fight the other persons insurance, we had to fight State Farm. Even after meeting with Josh, there was no care or concern. As an agent, I expected him to do more than send an email. State Farm was willing to accept 100% liability, until I had to go to another agent who looked at everything and said absolutely not and assisted in getting to a resolution.
