I called today to get a quote and the sweet lady who took care of my case was the best! She was very friendly and thorough and very understanding that I'm a college student and worked to the best of her abilities to make sure I was getting the best price possible!

Alfa itself is wonderful... Thus guy and his partner are the worst. They are disorganized and in over their heads. For the past decade I have had excellent experiences with Alfa as a whole and as soon as this guy took over the local office I have had every thing go wrong from over charging me to double charges to late fees for payments that aren't late to not having my payment taken at all. I say screw it and pick another agent.
