My family has been insured through Andy Thomas’s office for approximately five years. Throughout that time, our experience had been consistently positive, and we trusted the office to act in good faith. In September 2025, we discovered a leak beneath our home’s foundation. From the outset, Andy Thomas and his first response representative, Dale, assured us that we would be taken care of during what was an extremely stressful situation.
