I have to give a BIG praise report for Nathan and Steve at the State Farm office of Nathan Poole. I can't say enough how happy I am switching from the Byron, Alex Thigpen, office. This review is not about the Byron office. You can see their site to read why I could not stay there. This review is about how Nathan came to my rescue just when I needed some last minute, serious information. He didn't hesitate to look up what I needed and pass it on. There was no way I could not switch since my old Agent and his staff could, well would not, share it. Since then, I have had help from Steve. Steve has kept his word and f/u w/ me as he promised with updates on my account. I am now able to move my homeowners back to bundle with my car and saving me right at $100 a month!
