Ryan Lyons - State Farm Insurance Agent

My driving record hasn’t been the best ! However with the new way State Farm is setting their rates , I was about to go from paying 1/3 of what I was with my previous insurance company ! Now I can not say if they can save you just as much but they CAN HELP! Daniel , Charleston, and the ladies at the front desk all helped me! They are friendly and nice. They listen to what you are asking, they answer all questions , give you excellent advise for your own personal situation and experience ! They answer the phone when you call or they will text you back asap. They are more of a friendly family environment than anything ! Which is perfect ! They have helped me not only with my policies but with my life. I am beyond grateful to be with this particular State Farm !

She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and even sent multiple quotes to compare, which made me feel confident in my decision. What really stood out was how long she has been in the business, her knowledge and her attention to detail, and she pointed out that my home was underinsured under my previous policy and clearly explained why and how to fix it. My wife and I just moved to Florida, and Daniel Satterfield is absolutely amazing. He helped us with renters insurance prior to our move-in date, and almost a month later, on the dot, he remembered to call in order to help with vehicle insurance. He is constantly on top of it.
