Been with Allstate for 6 years now. Took advantage of the opportunity to schedule a call to talk about my policy. Theresa was so kind and helpful, taking the time to discuss my policy, made sure I received any discount I was qualified for, and even gave me other options if I wanted to save more money. I left the call feeling very confident that I’m making the best choices for me.

My Agent.Sonia Felix I can say she is really always there she always respond to my calls if she ru answer she would always text me and let me know why or she would make sure another agent call me her associate Lindsey to always attend to my needs I really love my agent Sonia Felix because I really believe she has my best interest in heart and even recommended my fiance to her now Sonia Felix is his agent also I would recommend my son when he is able to get insurance and any of my family I really trust her and I don't trust people or insurance companies easily.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! A different KIND of rant, cuz I just had an INCREDIBLE time simply talking & laughing about life with SUPER AGENT - LANEETA TWITTY! While others gave up on beating Progressive, she gave her best and $AVED ME HUNDRED$ ....AND restored my faith in customer service, and honestly...in ALL humanity, WITH her magnificantly charming PERSONALity, and the most CUSTOMER-centered and FRIENDLY SERVICE I've had in at least a decade! My heart and my wallet both say THANK YOU!!

Theresa has been a great help to me lately in reviewing my auto policy, the renewal of that policy, the transfer of the policy to a new car and other related issues.

Lindsay makes me actually enjoy dealing with insurance matters. She has a lively personality and is very knowledgeable. I would do business here just to be able to chat with her on occasion.
