If you're eager to use JLB Agency due to their overall rating, dive deeper and do your research. This group will willingly take your business, open a policy, increase it every renewal and then not service it appropriately. The owners attention to being ‘client focused’ and developing his team in handling complex client request is simply poor; seemingly while insulting you in the process. “Attitude reflects leadership”… Unlikely to recommend, especially if you've been a 10+ year client of Allstate and are expecting a particular level of service.

On 09AUG2024 I had a detailed conversation with Allstate representative Mr. Michael Leneghan. Allstate has been my primary insurance provider for home, rental and auto insurance for over 20 years. My reason for staying with Allstate has been primarily driven by their excellent customer care when it came to servicing my insurance needs. My interactions with Michael provided another data point to support my other great dealings with Allstate. Specifically, I was looking for means of lowering my monthly expenses without sacrificing coverage. Michael walked me through various solutions to achieve my goal. Michael is extremely knowledgeable about the various insurance programs. I just needed to share my experience and positive results. Thank you Michael!!!!!

Allstate Agent, John Burger, and his entire team are truly amazing! Certainly, we are all seeking to pinch our dollar to get the most out of what we purchase. Yet, I have come to discover that cutting corners when it comes down to insurance security is not the ideal thing to do; especially when the need to utilize your policy benefits! Prior to partnering with Allstate for all of my insurance needs, I had another company, which was good too. However, I must say that my family has gained a greater peace-of-mind being a customer of Allstate!
