GEICO Insurance Agent

GEICO is using Assurant for home owners. Worst people ever. I went back and forth with an email that had no agent listed nothing but a main number and told me they will not insure me and said go back to GEICO for other options. How email there is no other option, they use your company Assurant. The worst. I don't even want to give them a star

The GEICO employee provided excellent service. Kristian addressed all our needs and more. In 15 minutes, we received more help than we had managed to get over the phone in a year.

I recently switch my auto and home insurance to GEICO. I am very satisfied with the service, product and professionalism. My agent was Lucy Mendez and she was awesome. The ideal agent anyone would want to work with, knowledgeable and fast to respond. I had many question through out the day, she was very patient with me and clarify any question I had in timely manner. It was very smooth transaction. Strongly recommend to anyone I know and everyone out there. Thank you Lucy.

Great customer service, very knowledgeable, and helpful. Setting up my policy I spoke with was a woman (not Lucy), can't remember her name ): who was so helpful and patient and helped me get better coverage than I initially planned for, without a huge price jump! Just called again to get help on my policy and Lucy Mendez was really helpful and nice too.

The GEICO website stopped letting me access my quote and gave me a number to call , where I was put on hold and eventually they hung up on me. I randomly stumbled across Bruce’s number and he spent an hour on the phone trying to help me get the best possible rate for my new car. Excellent customer service from Bruce, he does not deserve the low ratings that people are giving him just because corporate GEICO screwed them over.
