I rarely write reviews, but I feel absolutely compelled to do so in the case of Alfonso Insurance. I first joined Erie because of their incredibly reasonable prices, I've stayed loyal because of Nathaniel. His responsiveness is unparalleled. Anytime I have a question or concern and I get sent to the answering machine, I'm called back usually within 20 minutes, not by a secretary or an assistant, but by the owner himself! He's friendly, kind, patient, and always willing to assist. This is the exact opposite of the service I received from my former big name insurance company! If you're shopping for insurance, I HIGHLY recommend Alfonso. Erie (in general) has been a pleasure to work with; Nathaniel, in particular, has gone above and beyond. You will not be disappointed.

Nathaniel is a terrible insurance agent and did not do his job at all. We got referred by a family member in good faith that he would be capable of taking bank information and paying Erie for my husbands car insurance, but he lost the information and never entered it into Erie’s payment system. Which resulted in a giant headache for my husband and several thousand dollars in back payments and state fees. Do not trust him or use him as he would not stand behind his mistakes, customer care is not his number one priority as his bio states on the website

This Company offer horrible service and do not care about there customers at all. My Agent is Nathaniel Hall. He will cancel your policy behind your back. Loyal customer for years. My policy was called cause I brought a new home. They never bother to call me or email to tell me.
