Greg Garris has proven to be very dishonest, conniving and interested only in his own pockets. I have been trying to get a refund ($263.03) due to me for more than two years now although he promised it would have only taken 10 days initially. Each time we spoke about it he claimed he was waiting for the payment from the corporate office. He then went on to renew my policy for another year knowing that was not my intention (as he admitted in writing) and allowed the unpaid renewal fee ($374) to go to collections while he told me he was working to “take care of it” with his underwriters.
