The sign up process was simple and easy. The rates she quoted were so good I referred coworkers to her, but beware. The required inspection found issues we were not notified about (the company knew for two months) and we were given a letter with two weeks notice that our home policy would be cancelled. We asked for an extension to give us time to get our whole house rewired at no small expense. Farmers auto guaranteed me that after discussion about their auto pay system preventing me from changing my payment method 2 days prior to due date, and me paying the only amount I could, the final month of the policy period($8 less than the previous month), that the situation was understood and that I would not be required to pay a late fee. Then, after the representative failed to update their payment system with this agreement(which was right and fair) Farmers canceled my policy(one week before the end of the month) and you, after never even contacting regarding the impending cancelation, have the nerve to threaten me with my credit rating if I don't pay the late fee?
