Jack Rhine - State Farm Insurance Agent

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from State Farm agent Jack Rhine’s office. I have called multiple times trying to get answers about my bill, and no one — including Jack Rhine himself — has returned my calls. I’ve left several messages and still haven’t heard back from anyone. After being a loyal State Farm customer for years, I never expected to be treated this way. Basic communication and customer service should not be this difficult. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel completely ignored when you’re simply trying to get help with your insurance. At this point, the lack of response and professionalism from this office has been very disappointing. I hope they start taking their customers’ concerns seriously and improve their responsiveness.

I had been trying to get my insurance changed from one state to another for about 5 weeks. I had minimal contact from the agency and I did check in. I supplied all necessary info. Finally decided to find another agent. They were able to set me up in 45 minutes. Sad, as I would have preferred to deal with someone local. On a positive note, Sherry did seem very nice.

If I could give a -10 I would. I been with Jack Rhine for over 10 years, payed him over 48,000 dollars in that time, only put in 5 claims 2 were from hail, 1 car was tboned not are fault.other 2 claims miner damage. And now Jack is canceling my policy what a piece of s__t

The health department policy of state farm they sold me its garbage dont waste your time when i need it the most they didnt respond and didnt took my health seriously. I dont recommend it, also someone hit my car i did all the protocol to get my money back a year after still waiting for my money and i think i will never have it very dissapointed and ive been a client for years. Very sad i had to write this review.

Amazing people to be doing business with!! Everyone I've dealt with at this office treated me as if I were a part of their family. They all are very kind and provide excellent customer service that to me seems out of this world!!!
