My experience with this company was wonderful and that is all because of the customer service rep named Monica!! She went above and beyond to assist me. She was so very patient, kind, friendly and oh so helpful! She deserves 100 stars! If you ever have the need to call this company ask for Monica, as she definitely embodies the meaning of real customer service!! Thanks again Monica!!

I just spoke with Etta and once again I got the very best customer service anyone could ever ask for! she was kind, patient, and extremely helpful. Etta embodies the true spirit of customer service! This company makes no sense to me. My FSA card is through them. They audited my account and asked for verification of a charge from a hospital. Do you think I spent 400 on stuffed animals and chocolate in the gift shop? On top of that every thing has to be snail mailed, which is ridiculous.

You ladies are the best ,especially Candy the manager. I had a problem and she was proffessional, proctactive and even called me back to make sure the the problem was fully resolved .Thank you and happy New year Ladies

Useless company. I had to use them for a COBRA coverage through the state. They have no automated process so you have to mail in information with your SSN and bank account information written on it. There is no way to check the progress of your paperwork. I have now been charged for four months of coverage all at once and the insurance company still says I do not have active coverage. I am currently in contact with the state to notify them of this mess. They need to drop this company and find a real provider to work with.
