Brian offered me low home owners insurance and immediately asked for my social security number. He said Tina would email the paperwork to sign that day and I would be billed. No email 4 business days later so I call. Tina says she sent multiple times then says they were unsent. She resends and I go to Docusign and it says I’m signing from a different device code needed. This has never happened to me before. I signed it says failed. Brian says come next week 7 days later to the office to sign. I called back for clarification on what had happened and he told me he didn’t want to do business with me. So glad I gave him my social security number!!!
This is not a good business to get a quote from. The owner does not keep up with anything. Progressive told me he lies and does not communicate. So glad I moved on with another company.
Owner DOES NOT do his job !! Rude ! Front desk lady is VERY RUDE !! Likes to hang up on people .. DO NOT recommend this office !!!!
