I have been a customer of theirs for a while and I wanted to say how awesome Amber is! She is always very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! She answers all of my questions very quickly! Emily went above and beyond to help me get a policy on a unique property I was buying. 10+ other insurance agencies weren’t able to help me get a policy. She also managed to set up the policy in time for closing during the holidays when many insurance companies were closed. The total cost for the policy was also very reasonable.

My fiance and I were purchasing our first home in December 2025. The process was stressful & overwhelming. When it came to needing homeowners insurance Jeremy Gerald stepped in and took over the entire process for us. He got us a great rate, as well as collaborated with our bank directly so I did not need to worry about a thing. I switched the insurance off my Ford truck when it broke down to a different vehicle in February in August I received a 40$ a month increase in my bill and when I got a paper statement it showed that they were still charging me for the ford when I contacted them they said I had never canceled the ford and had only added the other vehicle and it was obviously my fault because the person in charge of my account there never makes mistakes they refused to refund any money for a vehicle that hasn't had a plate or been able to drive this has cost me hundreds of dollars and they don't care. My advice go somewhere else
