Absolutely the worst insurance angecy I've ever dealt with. My grandfather had to use his insurance that he been paying for for over 30 years. They never sent the proper paperwork, they suggested a restoration company and then suggested they denied the claim the day we filed for help. They made my grandfather jump through hoops and hire an attorney to fight the homeowners insurance on what they covered and denied.

By far the best commercial insurance company in Michigan, Brook and his team are incredibly well versed in all things compliance. They do their best to get you the most affordable rates and most coverage. They saved our company tens of thousands of dollars while providing better coverage than what we previously had. Big shout out to Cathy and Sue for all of their help as well!

Our agent, Alicia, has been so helpful in so many ways over the years. They sell for multiple companies so the check my coverage for best prices whenever my rates go up. She is always responsive with a call back or to help over email. I cannot say enough about our service.

Had the worst experience with this company!!! Shelley was my families assigned agent and she is a complete liar. I called the agencies a couple weeks ago to get a quote for a lease that I was going to get. She gave me two options, both being under 1200 for 6 months. A week or two later my family receives a statement in the mail saying this truck alone is $2,800 for 6 months!!! She was no help at all to try and get my payment down to the original quote she said, instead trying to make it sound normal to pay $300 a month for a pick up truck…make that make sense? If you have to use lies to retain customers you should not be in the field.
