I called over 20 insurance companies and by chance I called all risk,Roby and his wife took care of all my needs,and with over 23 years of saling insurance,he answered all my questions. Thank you Mr.Roby

Excellent customer service...it's under new ownership. Have had auto insurance for years here and the new broker contacted me to LOWER my rate by over half...same coverage and same carrier (Progressive). You're not going to find a more honest agent in Genesee County...trust me. They're the lowest price going. They've just recently taken control of the operation and it's unfortunate that they are being looked at as poorly due to their ratings here, which are reviews of the prior owners...give them a try and save some money.

On September 16th,2020 went to office to discuss home and auto insurance. Did auto first and was very persuasive to get it now before policy ends so I did. Then proceeded to ask okay what about homeowners and was told to let her check into best rates an she would get back to me. She had made a copy of the insurance I already had. A month goes by and I finally call on the 19th of October to ask about what she came up with. She wouldn't talk to me and had another agent tell me oh there was a miscommunication on our part and would have a good deal for me in the morning. Didn't receive a call until 4:00pm the next day and said she couldn't help me. I would have never ever went with her if I knew she was going to do this. Very unprofessional and I don't think this company deserves one star.

Spoke with bob on Friday , he was to email Over a quote … that email never came through so I called on Monday and he said give him 30 min , he would fax it . That fax never came through . But I believe they have the least expensive insurance .
