Samir was the BEST tower! They were there 15 minutes after I called and took great care of me.
I locked my keys in my car and I gave AAA road side assistance a call, they came right out unlocked my car with no problems the service guy was kind and curious great service to have thank you AAA
They are lucky to get 1 star!! This was absolutely the most horrible road side assistance I have ever encountered. They keep misspelling my name so they can't find my account, the customer service rep is rude and told me to not waste my breath, I made this roadside call stranded in Grand blanc at 3:30am it is now 7:20 am and I have still not been serviced. After this service call I will be deactivating my roadside through them. My children are now going to be late to school on top of me sitting in 28° weather for 4 and a half hours straight waiting on them to come. Thanks AAA, lesson well learned.
My tow truck driver Jason was awesome. He had quick response, gave an eta for arrival, provided great advice. Thank you again man, 10/10 customer service.
I just stopped into the Flint AAA office to get information for a visit to Grand Rapids. There were 5 employees chatting and 3 people waiting to be helped. I stood there for 15 minutes and watched the employees glance at waiting customers and ignore us before I gave up and left. Definitely not the AAA service of the past. Frustrating
