Oh WOW I am really amazed to see that the company's overall review is at a 1.3%😔 as a District Manager I understand the importance of Reviews and I wanted to say that we have been Blessed with our case manager Ms. Katie. She has been a MIRACLE to our family. Her professionalism along with her compassion for our loved one is what you hope to aquire while dealing with the decline and medical challenges of your loved one. I am sure that if the people writing these not so happy reviews came in contact with Ms. Katie their reviews would be different. It is my opinion that Ms. Katie doesn't just look at this as "her job" she looks at her client as if it were her loved one. Highmark Delaware is the worst company ever existed. In my case, fraudulently they deleted one of our original claims back in 2022, in which we covered the deductible amount, and that caused a chain reaction which led to my wife receiving a $2500 bill to cover a different deductible for 2023, and all that in 2025, after almost 3 years. Their communication pathways is non existent, they offer phone/messaging and live chat plus AI. From experience they are all awful. For the phone you wait for 30 min to just talk to a person from outside the US that are clueless, for messaging I think everything is just AI and clueless, and live chat also takes forever. Highly do not recommend setting up insurance through these ppl because I was teaching my children and this man called 17 times in 20 mins as I continued to hit the ignored button he left this voice message, I tried to call the hotline to speak with someone and he said I’m my own boss, so I called the direct number and got voicemail after voicemail for each extension.

My insurance premiums increase unreasonably every year. A plan that is actually worse than last year’s costs over $500 more per month. Because of this, I am seriously considering dropping my insurance altogether. Using that money for medical care overseas seems like a better option.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Called 8 times, just enjoys hanging up on you and refers you to the website. Enter the number, goes "Ohh i'm sorry" Call us back when you have your info. Infuriating that I give my money to them. This should be outlawed. Approaching an hour to just get past the menus.
