Heather is an incredibly helpful, capable and insightful agent. Any time I have a question, she not only answers my inquiries thoroughly, but goes above and beyond to provide me with any documents I need almost immediately. I am able to handle all of my business in one place efficiently. I value my time, and dealing with Heather makes me feel that she and AllState value my time as well.

(See Problem/ Warning Below)During our 5 year Insurance usage, Ms Humphrey has been very professional, helpful and informative every time we needed info or help. Very happy with the service we have received. Good insurance rates but do get 2 or 3 other estimates as a general rule. Very good chance youll be doing business with ms. Humphrey. ***Warning/Update: As my monthly insurance was $2,000/ month, I checked for and found a sizeable savings elsewhere and let Ms Humphrey know i was making a change. I canceled my upcoming payment due on the 20th of the month. The payment was not taken out but on the 5th of the next month, 1399.00 was without explanation from Ms Humphrey or 1-800-Allstate afterhours as suggested by Ms Humphrey. 2 recourses im looking into are reporting to Better Business

I called to get a quote on auto insurance. The receptionist was professional and informed, and gave me just the information I needed. She also recommended me to another agent who may be more fitted to my specific needs. You can quickly tell that this office is a step above the rest!
