Great service until they insured the wrong vehicle despite me providing the correct VIN, make, model, etc. Blamed me and directed me to the SOS, who promptly sent me back to the agent. Became condescending when asked for an explanation on the premium. Full of microaggressions when it came to condo insurance. Left and received better rates all around and service.
