Great Service! Nina was referred to me by a very good source so I reached out to her and requested some info for my autos and home insurance. Next day I had the quote with very minor adjustments that I requested and she gave me a great quote shortly after the modification when other quotes by other companies were higher. Posting 1 star because i cant post zero. Let my home insurance lapse and I only found out because my mortgage broker sent a letter to me in the mail. Today is may 6th and it expired on February 21st because the original company no longer services michigan. Made no attempt to contact me. When I spoke with Nina’s office I was told they were gathering options. I doubt this strongly. But also absolutely wild my home has been uninsured this whole time after waiting nearly 6 hours the conversation went as follows: “Hey its nina from green valley brokers” “How are you?” “Incredibly unwell” “Are you ready to review your quotes” “Nina im not going to working with you anymore” “Ok no worries” Mistakes happens. Nina is the best experience I have ever had with an insurance agent. She got me the best rate and her customer service was impeccable. The way she spoke life into me, and my business as a complete stranger gave me the courage large enough to move and overcome mountains. I’ll carry that with me forever. My rate was the best across the board in ways I didn’t know was possible.

It's tough to find an insurance agent who is not only knowledgeable, but compassionate about their clients. Nina and the agents at Envision One go above and beyond to satisfy their clients. I contacted Nina when my insurance rate drastically increased. Nina took the time review my entire policy and she gave me multiple quotes. She's been my agent ever since and it's very unlikely I'll go anywhere else. The folks here really care about their clients. I would highly recommend.
