Comparion Insurance Agency

I was looking for a different agent for my insurance, and I called up an old agent I used a couple of years back when he was with a different insurance agency. Tyler Harlan not only got my insurance to where I wanted it to be, he made sure the renters insurance was there as well. I appreciate him and comparion for taking care of me.

He did not explain what my limits or deductibles would be. Kept saying he recommended between this figure and that figure. When I explained I wasn't good with technology he said he would come help me. He was an hour late so I called him. Said something came up. Scheduled another appointment and text that he had family emergency and couldn't make it. That day I noticed the full over $2000.00 had been taken out of my account. I had NO idea what my policy was and had signed NOTHING. He said he would come help me do it online. That started August 18, 2025. Today September 3rd have still not received a refund.

Michael was very resourceful, flexible and had no problem leading me to other resources of a different field of business. He was also very understanding to meet my needs as they constantly changed. i am VERY grateful for this recommendation in my time of need and have no problem recommending them to others.
