These guys have provided me with quite good services for more than ten years. Now it seems they just don’t want my business. Totally ghosting me.

Been customers many years. Always extremely knowledgeable friendly service as if you were family. Definitely a small business to support! We appreciated Cathy especially when we had an urgent situation and she helped us sort out what was needed, sending out an amazing adjustor and made every step of a hard situation comfortable.

Very nice and pleasant, so they get 3 stars. However, they over promise and under deliver. This is the opposite of what a good business does. H&N- ‘yes, we can have that ready for you by the end of business today’ Me- ‘perfect, it’s a bit urgent’ H&N- (a few hours later) hello sir. It will be ready for pick up tomorrow morning’ ??? Over promised, and under delivered.
