I'll just say this, was going to change my Broker Of Record to this agency, I've had the exact same insurance , for 4 full years and got an e mail saying that after he looked at what i sent him he didn't feel comfortable getting involved with helping me, i tooki t as he was insinuating i was not legal. I've been pulled into scale houses, audited by the state where my ifta is, and pay for my truck compliance. He didn't know about the way I had my insurance set up. It's hard for some people to say they just don't know. Then I called and asked for him, she said yes I'll get him then came back and said he was not there, i said what a joke and hung up the phone.
