I would like to say that I absolutely recommend Greenway Insurance to anyone who is looking around at the different options in the area. Very professional and down to earth people here, my experience was incredibly smooth and very hassle free thanks to Cindy Holmes!

I called last Thursday (12/5/2024) and had to leave a answering machine message after having damage to my truck. Today (12/9/2024) Jennifer returned my call. When I told her that I had prompt response from Progressive after no timely response from Greenway, she curtly said "Well Then, Have A Nice Day"! My wife and I have had coverage through this agency for approx 30 years. We Will be changing to someone that appreciates our business and loyalty!

Shannon was able to get me the coverage I needed for home and auto with an annual savings of over $800 annually. She was great and answered all my questions. The best customer service around! I am in the middle of a refinance for my home and needed several items pertaining to my homeowners insurance. I called and emailed many times for Shannon Daniel and every time, she was super helpful and always quick to respond. This is the best insurance company around with great service and super prices.
