She talked me through everything, answered all my questions and concerns, and I really appreciate her patience all through the process. It seems like her biggest goal is to make the customer feel comfortable and satisfied with their auto insurance. She is the best person to go to if you need conflicts solved! I moved to NJ in March of this year and was so fortunate to find a State Farm agency close to home. The close proximity has been helpful but even beyond that - everyone in this office has been wonderful to work with. They walked me through and were unbelievably helpful with all of the components of transferring/setting up new insurance in NJ. They even helped when I was having home printer and personal availability challenges. They have been consistently professional, personable, empathetic, and…went above and beyond to help on more than one occasion. It’s been a great experience in every way!

The Glisel Jimenez State Farm office is a fantastic branch to work with! We've been working with our agent Vanessa for 3 years now and she has really changed our perception on dealing with insurance companies.
