Glenn Potolsky: Allstate Insurance

I try the number and it routes me to a general customer service. They refused to transfer me to Potolsky's office, refused to tell me my deductible. They filed the claim for me over the phone but said I'd have to wait up to 3 biz days to hear from an adjuster who could give me all the info about my policy. Lazy, incompetent, and now they're not even taking directly calls.
