I wish I could a negative score to this. I had a question regarding claims and emailed, called and left voice messages for Kathleen Rector, Senior Resolution Manager. But it took weeks for her to get back to me. I had to be the one to constantly reach out. The last email I sent out she called me and said my work’s compensation was denied by Gallagher Bassett and my employer and states they sent out a mail, (which by the way I never received). I wouldn’t be wasting my time reaching out if I just heard back from them.

I've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with them because of workers' compensation. It took them FIVE WEEKS to send me my check because they got my address wrong (& still waiting for other checks. It's been over 2 months now). Then, after so many weeks, they mentioned direct deposit. I said great, this will be faster. Why they didn't tell me in the beginning I have no idea. But I told them I would set it up that day but they didn't bother waiting and instead just mailed another check. Which I suppose is a good thing because, to this day, 4 weeks after not receiving my check the first time, their website says "still processing" on my direct deposit.
