Took a look at this Insurance Company and it may be our new friend for life! The latest letter from Allstate Insurance Company is going to be WILD RIDE, the State of NJ just allowed Allstate to RAISE ITS RATES by 39% on our Policy; TIME TO FIND ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY! I Contacted Allstate Insurance by Phone and Emails and still Have Received No Answers!

Staff was friendly and helpful when I went in to pay my bill. The customer service rep was able to find and process my payment very quick. This Allstate branch has a modern, very clean office setting.
