Bankers Life is a great company to work with when it comes to sitting down with one of the many agents and discussing over latest Medicare plans for the New Year. They provide great information on how to approach the new insuring year and do their best to match one’s needs to the multiple plans that are offered by the 8 insurance companies that they work with. Everyone is so friendly and easy to talk to. They also help with Life insurance, long term insurance, and smart investments. They usually come out to you, but also flexible, with office visits. I have been working with Anthony Ambros and he is awesome. Very knowledgeable straight shooter and unbelievable follow up. Anthony made this easy. This is one stop shopping and I will be acquiring life insurance, prescription coverage all from Bankers life and Anthony.

Stay away from Banker's Life! The sell the worst Medicare Suplement insurance there is. Both Colonial Penn and Washington National are horrible! If you have an issue and you will, no email just a phone number to someone overseas that is hard to understand. Had Washington National for five months and they never communicated to Medicare that I had their insurnance. My local agent in Mount Laurel was useless in getting this fixed. Had enough and cancelled and went to a new company. Right after I cancelled they then notified Medicare that I have their insurance! Two months later after numerous contacts with them, they have not notified Medicare that my policy was terminated. So all my claims are going to them and denied. My new insurance does not see my claims due to this.

possible to reach anyone at the local office or the corporate office without calling or emailing them several times and when I do reach them I am told “The check has been mailed to the Cherry Hill/Mt. Laurel office”…when I finally reach that office I am told it will be there Friday for sure - it has been 4 Friday’s and guess what?!? NO CHECK OR CALL from them - it is frustrating, time consuming and upsetting that they can treat someone this way. If it took me a month and a half to mail in my payment they would cancel my policy - so why are the same standards not upheld?! I have also had security issues with them and asked for a password to be added to my account only to be told that it is not needed, meanwhile, they allow someone to call them saying they are me and immediately change the a

Bankers Life has the most professional and knowledgeable agents when it comes to all things Medicare. They also helped make sure my retirement savings was going to last and be protected. Excellent company. Highly recommend!
