Don't go with this insurance company because when you get rearended they blame it on you when it was the other drivers fault! This insurance company does not back up it's people at all! They just want your money and careless about your safety! NEVER will I ever go back to Erie! WORST INSURANCE EVER!!!
Called yesterday to see about auto insurance. He took all my information down and said an agent would call me that evening or in the morning. Been waiting all day for a call back.. called again and the guy that I talk to said he would send them another message to call me. No call!! Not a very reliable insurance company.
I sat for 30 minutes, the receptionist only acknowledged me when I stood up to leave and that was just a finger saying hold on. I would not recommend them, go to state farm
