I've been going through literal hell since I purchased my vehicle from 77Automall in Newark, NJ on April 25 this year. Long story made longer, my dealer Hakim is the Darth Vader of this saga. After helping me with several repairs starting the first week after purchase like the check engine light coming on, the key sticking in the ignition and finally, completely breaking down in August. He's sent me to 2 mechanics the first of which received a denied claim about an uncovered PCM board. Then the 2nd mechanic lies to my face after leaving my vehicle on a city bus stop for 2 weeks, goes behind my back after saying that he'd entered a claim for me and was waiting for a response from Diamond decided to have the vehicle towed to the dealer without even notifying me!! I am a service advisor at a dealership and this is the absolute worse warranty I have ever dealt with in over 15 years in the business. They only covered $300 out of a $3,000.00 claim on a covered item and then gave a problem paying what was approved. If you are a customer looking for a quality extended warranty AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

This is probably the WORST experience I have ever had, I paid 3,300$ for a warranty with the company. I have had a starter go out, and they only paid 300$ out of a 900$ job! Now, I have a crank shaft that has broken on my truck, which requires a whole new engine replacement, and they are refusing to cover, due to the fact that the truck has surface rust. The rust has nothing to do with why the vehicle mechanically malfunctioned. They want me to take it to another mechanic, and have them tear down the engine and send someone out to look at it, which no guarantees they will cover it which means I will be out 3 grand for labor and still have a truck I owe 26,000$ on that will just be a yard ornament . At least it will be a pretty ornament I guess .

The dealership I work at has been using Diamond Warranty for at least 10 years. We've never had any issues with opening claims or getting our repair orders paid. They are extremely helpful whenever we have any questions. We highly recommend Diamond Warranty!

Omg they were a big help to me!!!! I had so many issues trying to find a repair shop, and also roadside assistance was a complete mess! Bri stepped in and went over and beyond for me staying on the line to ensure I was okay!! All around great company and great workers! There isn’t much great customer service around but Diamond Warranty won me over! You guys won’t be disappointed!!!!
