I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this office and especially Paul who helped me today. Every single time I call, I am met with kindness, patience, and professionalism. Today, Paul went above and beyond to help me with my policy needs, he made a complicated situation feel simple, handled everything with such care, and left me with total peace of mind. But it’s not just Paul—everyone in this office is amazing. No matter who picks up the phone, I always feel like I’m their top priority. They treat me like family, not just a policyholder, and that is something you don’t find everywhere. It’s rare to find a group of people so dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. State Farm helped me tremendously, I would recommend them. They were patient with all my questions and getting my insurance started quickly. Very pleased with them, and it appears their prices are very fair.

This is by far the worst state farm Agency, they don't respond back when you have questions.They don't care about the customer.They keep raising insurance premiums, and they try to overcharge their customers.To make more money, watch out.I would not get car insurance from them. Also, when you cancel your policy, and they owe you money. They are trying to keep it. So I would not trust this agency. They can't give numbers they can't give all the information when a customer emails them, wait on 30 days after and still never got prorated. For the money that's own.
