Tasker-Harding Group

Prior to the last year, I would have extolled the virtues of Erie Insurance to anyone who listened, and we've been loyal customers for over 20 years. Recently, the experience has been abysmal. It's been utterly impossible to get a call back for basic questions; when we updated our coverage we found they over insured us, setting our other structured coverage limit well above industry standard without any actual other structures on our property; and the interpersonal, community feel that Jack offered when we signed on seems to have disappeared. It is truly disappointing, as we would have stayed with the insurer for years to come, even if premium was a bit more than competitors.

Best customer service anyone could ever ask for. They was extremely friendly and quick at getting you back on the road. You can't ask for a better insurance company. Their rates are awesome as well. I just can't say enough about the Tasker-Hardings Group. Thank you.

The insurance adjusters for this company are terrible! We had water damage on our property and we had professionals come out about our hardwood floor damage. The professionals said the floors need to be replaced due the all the moisture and rippling of the floor. The insurance adjuster told us when flooring companies know insurance is paying they will say the floor needs to be replaced and he has seen lots of floors and they don’t need to be replaced! What a joke! Stay away from company. They always want you to pay on time and when you need them they don’t support you!

Everyone in the Tasker office is extremely friendly and willing to go out of their way for you!! High Recommend!!
