Never updated me on changes to my policy. Reached out to him on multiple occasions and i was told by the secratary he was on another call. Two months go by and my bank flagged an autopayment scheduled by Allstate and it turns out that there were increases in the amount of money but zero changes to my policy, in fact i had dedictions and zero accidents/tickets. This month another payment was flagged and it was for an astrnomical amount nearly 400$ for one month. My stomach sank because i knew i had no money and two kids with -80 dollars in the bank because of this. I reached out to This man and he literally told me that "The prices on the auto industry have seen an increase in recent month(ok and?)we have to make an increase to mert these demands". Wait i know people who have seen a decreas
