I will like to give an 5 star Outstanding Customer Service And Over Exceptional Service in my claim with the Representative Hamayak Vardanyan. He was very Professional and Knowledgeable about my claim and went above and beyond. This was the best experience I ever dealt with in a long time. He answered all my questions returned all calls and was very transparent with my claim. Not to mention he took over the claim late and did an excellent job picking up the slack that the previous representative didn't do. Overall he took over the case and got the job done in a rapid time. This was just a great customer service behalf of Berkshire Hathway. Great Company and Workers. I 100% recommend Berkshire Hathaway Guard Insurance. I had a claim for personal property, debri removal, contents cleaning, hotel accommodations and food reimbursement. This was due to a catastrophic sewage back up in my home. I was left with the clothes on my back, I'm disabled on oxygen so this made it all even worse. I cannot Thank their Claims Adjuster Tara Fintel enough. She made sure a hotel was approved immediately and that I was taken care of every step of the way for nearly 6 weeks. She was the calm in a storm for my family and myself. Following up on phone calls immediately, answering so many questions, working swiftly, being very fair, and making sure I had everthing in place to move back home. I wanted to leave a review for Tiffany B as during such a difficult stressful incident that my family had, she had given great customer service for a representative adjuster at Brekshire Guard. She is extremely patient and kind as well as being helpful and informative. Always contacted me back whenever I left her a message and had a great attitude and tone whenever i spoke to her. I wish more companies had the customer service and kindness in their employees that Tiffany embraced.

They are the worst! Run elsewhere for a workers comp policy. They send you a bill, you ask questions and they send you the same bill without answers about unknown charges. I’ve sent an email to the underwriters 3 times!!! I’m so glad we are going elsewhere. Do not use them. Update: Finally got a response over 2 weeks later to my questions, they charge you for cancelling your policy with them, beware. Here is the response from one of their representatives Kieran “The policy was cancelled short rate since the cancellation was initiated by the insured, and not the insurance carrier. As such, there is a short rate penalty premium of $303.00.” So know that they won’t tell you that they are going to charge you a cancellation fee, they just do it.
