Dr. Sarni is very nice, Unfortunately his office manager thinks she the queen! Extremely rude they can’t keep dental hygienist or office staff for long. Sadly, after almost 20 years, I’ve left the practice. Do not recommend for anyone to use

As a dentist I must steer you away from Delta. The contracted rates at which they reimburse the dentist is not only insulting but it no longer allows us to provide the quality of care we so much desire to provide to our patients It’s an awfully greedy company that cares only about its profit margin and cares nothing about your dental health. Try Aetna or Cigna. If you’ve never had any dental work and your oral hygiene is excellent, the premiums you’ll pay to Delta to be insured will be wasted since they pay out far far less than they take in. Pay out of pocket yourself for your semi annual examinations and dental hygiene visits if your teeth are healthy. If you are a dentist and considering participation in their network- DON’T!!!! They haven’t raised their rates paid to dentists in 16 yea

Got a procedure that was MEDICALLY REQUIRED to prevent further gum recession and and potential tooth loss and I’m still fighting this joke of a company for it be covered by insurance as my claim was denied due to the “surgical codes / services”. The rep I talked to today also told me my dentist isn’t under my insurance?? I’m 100% certain it is otherwise I wouldn’t be going there in the first place…

Worst P.O.S. insurance ever! If your employer gives you an option to choose this garbage company, choose another company as they are the bottom of the pile.

Delta Dental is the most misleading of all insurance companies...and that's saying something. Check out the lawsuits going on against them. A "non-profit" corporation that pays its CEO's millions of dollars? It's not just New Jersey either - it's all of them, especially California. Of course they've got themselves covered in the "small print" section of their contracts. Just keep in mind, you get what you pay for and in many cases, Delta Dental is free to employers once they agree to a certain medical plan. Employers then turn around and charge their employees for something that they are getting for free anyway. It's one of the biggest scams ever. Don't fall prey to this company's tactics.
