My review is about giving praise to a state farm worker named Jessica. My policy was recently renewed but the price was astronomically higher than what I was just paying I contacted state farm and let them know . I was contacted back by Jessica once she looked into and found out there where some mistakes with my policy and she corrected the issue . So due to Jessica's due diligence she saved state farm from losing a coustomer because I was going to cancel and find someone else. So I fell her uppermanagent should know that due to her hard work and due diligence that she saved state farm from losing a coustomer. David responds promptly and explains things simply when I have questions. He makes it easier for me to understand my insurance policy and to feel fully protected.
