I had such a GREAT experience working w/ Craig when looking for insurance for my new home. He is efficient in his responses, provides knowledge around home AND auto policies in and understandable way, and truly keeps your best interest in mind. I had trouble with a flat tire and needed help with Roadside Assistance. I called the number given and they couldn’t find my policy. So I called Craig‘s office and Kim, who was covering for Craig took it upon herself to call in a claim for me. That was going above and beyond what she is expected to do, and I really appreciated that. They are a class act in that office and everyone should get American family insurance through The Craig Peterson office.
