Commonwealth Insurance is the best! I had a need for Sports Insurance and I went to 4 other companies prior to to looking up Commonwealth. I called them and Miss Stephanie took my call an explained to me that it was very difficult to do get done in 24 hours. She made no promises but she decided to help. After arriving; she sat me down and got my information. She even called the school to find out exactly what I needed. I left her office and within 2 hours she had everything done. She even emailed the school, my Insurance policy. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being the best. Stephanie is an amazing person, and really cares about her customers. Muah!

We have had this organization handle ALL of our insurance needs for now close to 25 years. They are friendly, professional, and for me EASILY ACCESSIBLE. A simple phone call and always follow up with me. A special shout out to our personal agent Cameron. I feel like I can count on her. She always goes above and beyond to insure that we are getting proper coverage and the best price with each renewal of a policy. She makes us feel taken care of. After doing some research on how broker insurance works, I am very pleased with Commonwealth Insurance Center. I had emailed their website for a quote and was returned by Clare. She helped me along the way to get both car and home insurance. I was able to increase my home policy coverage while decreasing our costs. After working out the policies, I was able to save $124 a month! I highly recommend working with CIC to try and get your insurance lower. Edit: I would like to mention an update. During the process, an error was made that increased what the premium for our auto insurance would be for the year. I was ok and went on with using Commonwealth. I liked your company but my agent Jennifer May is horrible she degraded me the other day n even left me a horrible message, she told me to take my business elsewhere. I will never recommend anyone to your company as a matter of fact I will tell people how I was treated n let them hear the message that she left me. She needs help with her bitter attitude I hope she finds it one day but until she can I wouldn't recommend her working with the public.
