Choice Home Warranty

If I could give them a zero I would!! Do not choose these company for your warranty company. They are slow to respond if at all! I filed a claim for my water heater on July 3rd, it’s the 21st and nothing is fixed! I literally have to call them everyday. I was told All Purpose Personnell LLC would handle the issue. They came out on the 10th and told me they needed to order a part, and nothing! No calls, text, nor emails with an update. I will write a separate review to describe their lack of service.

Do not use Choice Home Warranty. We had a water filter break and release all the tiny little filter beads into the main water line running into the house. As a result it clogged the water heater, washing machine and 2 faucets. The plumber Choice Home Warranty wasn't available for 2 weeks. And was over a two hour drive away. We called back and asked if there was another option. They said we could hire our own and get reimbursed. So we chose Mr Rooter based out of our own town. They came and bypassed the broken filter and replaced the hot water heater. It cost me $2600. Choice Home Warranty would only reimburse me $1052.00. They used their own internal pricing for all reimbursements. We will be changing to 2-10 or First American Home Warranty

The absolute worst company with no customer service skills. Their network of service providers is useless. You are better off saving the monthly fees and hire your own trusted service providers.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend I’ve been waiting 5 days for Choice Home Warranty to send a technician to replace my Titan water heater, and I’m beyond frustrated. When I signed up, I was told that issues would be resolved within 24–48 hours. That clearly wasn’t true. The customer service is awful. The only way to speak with someone is to call, leave your number, and wait for a callback. When you do finally get a rep, it’s like talking to a robot. They show zero compassion, read everything from a script, and just repeat the same generic lines over and over. It’s impossible to get real help or a straight answer. You’re literally at their mercy. This has been a stressful and disappointing experience, and I will not be renewing my contract. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for

My ac was leaking and I created a claim. Tech came and went to wrong house. I tried to get in contact with the tech but keep getting automated system because it was a tech from Sears. In the email they said they left a phone number but didn’t. They didn’t even try to call when they got to the other house, just sent email saying no one was home, I called CHW and told them the issue. I spoke to three ppl. I even asked for a supervisor and was told one would call back. Supervisor called back and I had to explain again tech went wrong house. I was advised they would re schedule as it was already 92 degrees in my house and it would be days before some else could come out, I asked if I could get my own tech. I was told they would send a reimbursement for the tech. My tech came and my compressor
