New York Life Insurance Agent

I'd like to share my experience with Mr. Ramji Sathyamurthy from the Edison office. Three months ago, he promptly took over my accounts and provided all the paperwork I needed to sign and return. However, because I scheduled a meeting tomorrow, he informed me that he no longer has access to my accounts and refused to assist me, suggesting I revert to my previous agent. I asked him to resolve the issue on his end and send me any necessary documents to sign, but he flatly refused. This level of unprofessionalism is disappointing, and I hope it does not reflect the standards of the Edison office.

Hassana Padmore and Sarann Jennings met with us to do a presentation of New York Life Insurance Company's services. It was really eye-opening and made us think that we need to be better prepared for our futures. They were informative and friendly and gave us a lot of useful information for what we should be doing to plan ahead! Grateful for their assistance!
