I have called this agency numerous times and EVERY time I am greeted by a VERY rude receptionist. I asked her to slow down and spell the name of someone for me and she just blurted out 5 letters at a time. When I asked her to slow down again she asked me if I speak English. I was told they have good products and wanted to show my business insurance with them for the 3 business I own but it sounds like I was bothering them. That being said I will not burden them with my business. There are hundreds of insurance agencies in town so do yourself a favor and contact a different one from this one.
