It was a very horrible experience and I tried so many times to connect and help with, unfortunately, no one did, even though I have requested to speak with Pratibha Katariya about my live-threatening experience but she failed as well along with the entire office staff. No one has connected back to me as everyone convinced me that she was coming late, she was not in today, she will call you once she was coming in. Till now, I have not received her call back. The live threatening situation was arisen on ********** at 7:30pm. The call I was given was not only demanding or refunding money but what was the benefit if I have the service in my auto policy and trust. Also, it is more valid if I lost my life? Wish I can give a 0 star review. I have been a customer for over 8 years and today will be canceling my insurance with them. My credit card has been on auto pay for the longest time and the numbers changed because the old card expired. All state says they are about customer service but from my experience I have not seen this. They were only able to tell me that they emailed and and sent me mail at my house. I never got a call from any of them or notified over the phone that my insurance is expiring, so much for being in good hands. Also this All office was much better and friendlier with Richard Owned it.

Just talked to Mohit J for a few quick questions about windshield repair. Super quick and helpful and made the whole process very easy. I’ve been with them for quite some time and Mohit has always gone above and beyond to lend a hand notably going into detail explaining ways to save some money on insurance and talking through carious options!
