Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

The absolute worst of the worst. If you drive a high end vehicle run from this company. All I can say. They are the dollar store of Insurance companies. I’m going back to NJM where my car belongs lol.

I was recently rear-ended by a Lyft driver insured with Progressive, and it’s been over three weeks without proper resolution. The assigned adjuster, Alle Sadler , has been unresponsive to my several emails and rude on the phone. When you need support the most, Progressive is nowhere to be found. Their customer service is unreliable and unfriendly. The amount of stress I am going through because of them is tremendous.With this kind of service I don’t think the company will sustain for very long .I thought may be because I am not their customer they are treating me like this , but after reading all one star reviews they proved me wrong . They treat their own clients the same way .I do not recommend Progressive ,I highly suggest going with Liberty Mutual instead.

I had a car accident on June 24. My car was taken to Auto Pro Collision and as of today, August 28, I have not received my car back. My car was finally ready August 18 and final paperwork was sent up. No one responded to my many emails with the exception of the third adjuster assigned to my claim. She reached out yesterday and when I tried to reach out to her today the message was returned that will be out of the office until Sept 8.

Weeks persisted of broken communication by the assigned adjuster. I began asking him for clear next steps on rare occasion I reached him. He'd set expectations. Given the car had very minor damage and was operable I was in no rush. His failure to meet said expectations was consistent as well as his failure to even communicate once timeline was missed as I'd need to follow up with him to understand what happened. Ultimately I requested a supervisor. The adjuster was condescending, short, and then said he cited personal issues as if it was justification for literal weeks of time failing to set up a simple inspection. I was very impressed by the prompt response I got with everyone from Progressive. My daughter was in an accident, and they took care of everything as quickly as possible. They picked the car up in less than 24 hours of the accident. The claim was taken care of in about a week. I'm new to the Progressive family, and I was so impressed by how they take care of you that I decided that I'm gonna stick with them as my insurance provider. Keep up the good work. If you need insurance, I suggest you choose Progressive,not because of the commercials on TV, but because they stand by their promise to take good care of you 😉 😊 ❤️
